Action4Life has completed its charity drive to bring toys to the children of fighters from the Kalinouski Regiment and Azov — and the gifts have finally reached the kids.

Mariia Solenova, founder of the charitable foundation Action4Life, has been subjected to targeted pressure from the Russian authorities for several years. Each episode of persecution forms a continuous repressive chain, where every new action escalates the previous one.

Since her imprisonment, her health has sharply deteriorated: she has developed tachycardia, her vision has worsened, and she suffers from severe migraines. Despite these symptoms, she has not been provided with adequate medical care.

Action4Life has completed a charity drive to collect toys for the children of Ukrainian fighters. Thanks to the support of caring people, 30 boys and girls received long-awaited gifts. For many of them, their fathers—heroes on the front lines—can only visit during short leaves. These toys are a reminder that even during war, children deserve a childhood — joyful, bright, and real.

Several partner organizations from different countries have joined Action4Life’s campaign in support of volunteer Nadin Geissler, sentenced in Russia to 22 years for helping Ukraine.

The campaign in support of Nadin Geisler (Nadezhda Rossinskaya), unjustly sentenced in Russia to 22 years in prison for delivering humanitarian aid to Ukrainians, is gaining momentum. As of today, 123 signatories — individuals, communities, and organizations — have joined the open appeal. Their voices show that Nadin’s story has become a symbol of solidarity and the fight for justice.

Friends, we are delighted to share that the toy collection for the children of the Kalinouski Regiment and Azov fighters has been successfully completed. A total of 30 toys for boys and girls have already been collected and sent to their little recipients. With your help, we were able to purchase Lego sets, creative kits, drawing boards, binoculars, kids’ walkie-talkies, and much more. We sincerely thank everyone who took part in this initiative! A little joy and smiles for little heroes: toys for the children of soldiers from the NSU Azov brigade have been purchased!

In May 2024, the Action for life team raised 1,420 euros to purchase 2,000 disposable dry showers for the Kastus Kalinovsky regiment and the Azov brigade.

On November 9, 2023, an auction was held in Vilnius to support Russian and Belarusian volunteers in the Ukrainian Defense Forces, in which we participated by providing 4 lots.
