Action at the Russian Embassy in Lithuania

The Day of Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine is a public holiday established in 2014 to honor those who defended and continue to defend the Ukrainian land from aggression. During the war with the Putin regime, which has been going on for nine years, this day has become one of the main public holidays in Ukraine.

We are proud that among those defending Ukraine are our fellow countrymen. On this day, we honored the memory of Russian volunteers who served in Ukraine’s Defense Forces and gave their lives in the line of duty. Unfortunately, we do not know the names of everyone who gave their lives for a just cause. Someday, we will know them all. We remember. And we will always remember.
